The process of idea realization
	First you should have the idea of your product . Sketch your thoughts on paper and pin point all important details. Research to see if anything similar already exists and think about any features that are unique and could be protected by US patents.
	We discuss all aspects of your design in great details. The more we know - the better we could model your idea in our software.
	We develop a "soft" prototype to give you a virtual tour around the features of your product before it is actually build. At this time you would see potential problems or even further develop your initial idea. We work with you throughout that process.
	The software model is dimensioned according to your design requirements. Then a detailed documentation package is created. You could optionally order 2-3 SLA models, which are true parts, made of laser cured epoxy. At this design phase problems can be easily noticed and corrected.
	At the final design phase we produce the tools, needed for manufacturing. That includes tools for Injection Molded Thermoplastic, Structural-Foam-Molded Parts, Rotational Molding Tools, Plastic Profile Extrusions and Thermoforming Tools
Our designs are developed with manufacturability and cost efficiency in mind, which enables us to offer very competitive prices for volume production.
